What is with all the Uncensored warnings?
Maybe I am not enough of a prude to notice foul language, but I think "Rock hard nipples" was the only explicit thing I caught.
Hardly worth red type.
Great interview, BTW.
It was interesting to hear Jon's follow up on the Freakanomics interview.
Probably Comedy Central's way of saying "NSFW." You're supposed to watch this stuff in your leisure time, but I'm sure most people do it in lieu/as part of a coffee break.
For more on paved over land and potential transformation, do your best to see Dirt! the movie. It was at the Maine International Film Fest this summer, and I am really glad that I saw it.
For an example of a place already using solar power and living with a light eco-footprint, check out Iowa's Eco-Village. When I read that a woman's 3500 square foot house had 1/3 the heating bill of my 1200 ranch, I began to wonder if I had moved to the wrong place.
Btw, rather than burning down forest area that's been clear cut, you can mulch. The land and trees will renew much faster without the double destruction mode. This let's us have out hard wood (to a moderate degree; don't get greedy!) and renew it too.
Best use for fire is food. Mmm, grilled eggplant!
I think Comedy Central adds that warning when they have web content that wasn't run by their censors, but it doesn't mean there's anything exciting in the interview itself.
