I dunno, this struck me as kinda sour. Who wrote this? Didn't sound like Jon at all.

Not to be too pointy, but I think going to the moon is one of the most profound things our species has ever done.

Visiting the Air and Space Museum in D.C. is awe inspiring. You see parents and children from around the world gather. Adults reading and translating the events the various vehicles were part of. Children looking at each detail with wonder. Angling their heads to see in the hatches and imagine. What was it like?

It is not what did Americans do, but what did humans do, and it is beautiful.


Agreed, gotta try - but hard to be very funny concerning the Moon Landing Anniversary.
