I despise Ingraham and everything she stands for, but I actually think she held it together reasonably well, considering her crew looked like a bunch of assclowns.
FUCKING THING SUCKS.

She's a Republican - you think she'd be used to the incompetence.

I'm with malex: I don't like Ingraham from the excerpts I've seen - mostly on this site, but when did she lose her composure? If the screw-ups shown in this 9+ minutes are typical of how FOX normally operates, then it's amazing they are able to put out even the drivel and propaganda they do.
"Jesus God in heaven."

From wikipedia:
"Ingraham once was engaged to conservative author and fellow Dartmouth alumnus Dinesh D'Souza and has dated former New Jersey Democratic Senator Robert Torricelli. [6] and MSNBC host Keith Olbermann."
Dated Keith Olbermann? That has to be a joke. I would love to see a blind date type TV episode with pop-ups and everything of a date between those two.
Dinesh and her would make a great pair. Two peas in a pod. I am sure it would be quite a joy being married to her after watching this clip. "Who is that opening the door and hovering." "I don't want a hoverer." "Don't come in my ear!"

Here's a classic pic of Dr. Laura from Bartcop. It's not safe for work (or home for that matter) http://www.bartcop.com/laura-naked14.htm

Different Laura.
But on the same note... what is it with wingnuts and hiring horsey-faced vitriolic blondes? I've never been able to figure that out.

I'm with those who thought she actually held it together pretty well considering what was going on (and I'm also with those who can't stand her). Maybe I don't know enough about TV though and it's always this disorganized so she shouldn't have been surprised?
I liked seeing this clip though - I found it interesting how disorganized Fox (and maybe other shows?) are. Makes me hate the hosts a little less if they don't even have the info they need for the show...also makes me think Fox can be taken down....

I must say, I have worked in TV, and she's keeping it together very well. Even if she is a nutjob, which is an entirely different thing.
In order to look like you're not doing much of anything difficult in a job like hers, you have to actually be juggling a million things - the feed into an earpiece can be sooooooo distracting. And you're really dependent on the people around you - to give you the right info, the right cues, the right images at the right time. and yes, you do need to have quiet and a distraction free environment. Imagine a job where you have to worry about grammar proofreading, a voice rattling away in your ear, logistics, you equipment working, your shiny skin AND in between all that, what you're actually going to say. Which is why, of course, so much television news is crap - because content doesn't get as much time as the production process.

And though obviously she's got some incompetents around her, it actually doesnt seem too disorganized - TV news is pretty chaotic and it always amazes me that it seems to get pulled together at the last second, sort of by the seat of everyone's pants.

Very telling though when she goes on without preparation, totally uninformed, and,m really, she doesnt care - I think a real journalist would've been pissed as hell. Fox news quality.
