Florida is also trying to pass an act allowing teachers to teach alternative views to and discrepancies in evolutionary theory, without them incurring any risk to their academic careers.

What is it with Florida? Actually, what is it with these representatives? Don't they read the bibleā¦Jesus said "Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven."
Still, these so called Christian keep trying to push their "idea" of religion on everyone. These are the same people who probably have the US flag in everything to show how patriotic they are. As a Christian I believe that separation of church and state (or plate) is the best thing this country offers. Unfortunately, these last 8 years have blurred the line.
