That laugh track is annoying.

Of the many things it discusses is the US' ability to procescute UK citizens without extradition. It even provides an example:-)
Sarah, thanks for the link, I spent the morning looking for the origins of that bit.
thaddeusphoenix... that's not a laugh track, that's a studio audience having a fun evening. Most BBC radio comedy shows are recorded in front of live audiences.
yeah, that's one of the things I like about these shows, very live performaces.
I had another listen and it still seems annoying. Maybe it's mixed in on a different mic for the final recording? Or there may be lot of visual elements that are being lost.
