As much as I don't enjoy the fact that my opinions are shared by the rabid right-wing I do think it's sad that these representatives of the West submit themselves to the hideous laws of Islam when oversees. They have the power to stand up and be seen as representing freedom from such backward ideas. I understand the want to not fan the flames of anger any more but like all the apologies regarding the Danish cartoon, all this bowing down in fear of Islam is getting pretty old. We can attack them with bombs but god-forbid we stand up to them with ideals, that would be too much!
Let me explain what happened here, Norm, since I'm from the northeast here and know some of the customs here.
This was really a classic battle of gods: the Sawx nearly to a man are followers of Set, the ancient Egyptian god of chaos, storms, and Junior Ortiz hitting in mile-high air. Set tends to prevail in a short series, because he like to just shoot his wad and leave the future to others. So don't think the god's impotent or absent based on the outcome of the ballgame; sometimes one particular god is better suited for the short storm to victory rather than the thousand mile march, as Lao Tzu used to say.
