Leno's made me laugh because I didn't expect it, Conan and Maher both telegraphed their punchlines, making the obvious jokes.

Thanks for the Chasers link, Scott. The faith healers bit at the end was priceless.
I vote for Maher. The Leno joke was a non sequitir, a mashing up of two disparate news items. I wish they'd focused on Bush's comments about kickin' ass in Iraq, while he steals into the country unannounced and never leaves his remotely-situated military base while there. Now THAT's a joke.
