For anyone wondering where the original clip was from, Youtube (as well as Myspace) sensation Chris Crocker who has been known for his wild, weird, and (overly)fruity antics, here is a link to that video which pertains to Britney Spears' poor performance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. Don't ask how I know this. I'm ashamed of myself too.

The best part about the clip above is that Mathews calls the guy a woman.
I am still laughing.
I thought the guy was a woman, too. Watched as much of the whole clip (thanks? for the link, Erick) as I could stand. Seriously demented individual. Where was the camera, over his bed? Or did he have a sheet hanging in the background? Damn. I get excited over things most people woouldn't, too, but I can't say I've gotten that hysterical since my dog died when I was a kid.
Funny: Mathews calling the guy a woman. He is effete, and generally making a good effort of it all, but he's clearly a guy. If an anchorman can miss such an obvious thing, then how trustworthy is he on other issues that he reports on?
Funny, but sad: That anyone would consider this dude to be genuine. He's not fer real. The sad thing is, even as hysterical as his performance is, even if he was sincere, it would be no worse than the way a lot of fans behave.
When I first saw this clip I thought he was a female... albeit a rather ugly and strange-looking female.
