After Iraq, Katrina, Guantanamo, Walter Reed, the US attorney firings, Plamegate, and a host of other farcical fuck-ups and fascist shenanigans, I can think of a far more terrifying nine-word English phrase:

"I'm from the Government; but don't worry, I'm Republican."
