- The Great Global Warming Swindle video has been making the rounds, and on the surface it seems persuasive. It is a fraud, filled with errors including out of context quotes, and claimed facts that are simply wrong. It plays all the cards in the typical conspiracy theorist's deck. Here is an article that does a good job of pointing to many of the flaws.

We're not ranking Mike Gravel... This guy's not just a third-tier longshot, he might be a little, um, off. Seriously, he was downright rude.

I saw Gravel take on Colbert and I think Colbert met his match that day. I think the press dislike Gravel because he's stating exactly what they don't have the balls to do - the war is lost and was lost the day Bush invaded illegally. That make the MSM look bad ;) - I wish I'd seen the debate to see what they think rudeness is. If it's calling senators and congress critters who voted for the war and continue to support it immoral and unfit for the presidency I'd say let's have more rudeness :D

Gravel's "There's nothing to win" sums up the war perfectly.
Sadly he is too smart and honest to ever be elected president. As a whole we Americans do not consider intellegence and ethics that damn important.

That chaps me; I liked Gravel.
More than that, if you click the link for Republican candidates, they rated Fred Thompson. A guy NOT EVEN RUNNING! And they can't evaluate an honest guy like Gravel?
Tell you what, I was big on Obama, but after the debate, I'm a Gravel-Kucinich kind of guy. Wish either of them had a chance.
