Baghdad Burning is always an eye-opening read but the one you just link to made my heart break. I wish there was a way to take in every Iraqi refugee to express to them how sorry I am for the actions of my own country. War is so much more difficult to fathom when it is made personal like that.

Re: the bees, There were major flaws with the study. They used dead bees on which the fungus rapidly grows. It is like finding a dead pig in the woods and concluding that maggots killed it.
