I enjoyed the 10 myths and truths about Atheism. It was like music to my ears how Sam Harris laid it down. It was succinct yet it had the right amount of contect to get the message across.

Oh, and on the whole youtube video of the Crazy Lady. WOW! I never thought I'd witness someone with the same pious fury as a person from the time of the Salem Witch Trials.

RE: Trading Spouses - Crazy Lady - "I'm a God warrior"

First time I've seen a clip from that show (usualy anything to do with "reality tv" I roll my eyes at) and it was quite shocking. Made me think of the quote:

In time we hate that which we often fear. - William Shakespeare

I just hope that family bounces back, but those kids are going to be scared from this experience. I look at the face of the little one and I know for a fact this experience has left a mark. It also makes me think about republican pundits declairing that a family is best raised by a man and a woman, but they wouldn't be preaching if they had actualy experienced being brought up in a broken home.

The "god warrior" woman was truly a sight to behold. The stuff of nightmares.

Damn, I feel for the kids. Notice how nice the atmosphere was before mrs. "pay attention to me" came home.

My mother was some what like that woman. Oddly enough I turned out to be an atheist.

The hubby should use the tape as evidence in court, get custody of the kids and get that nut case out of their lives. She's pure spite and venom with religous excuses for being a sick, narcicistic tyrant.

Psychiatric intervention is called for in that situation, for the sake of the woman and especially for the family.

The look in that little girl's face is something I've seen before, in my little sister's face. The damage that woman is doing is very deep and long lasting.
