Well, you deserve whatever you get. Your proficiency with video streams and the work you put into maintaining this "crappy blog" is surely worth a good bit more than you probably get from ads and Amazon nickles and dimes.
I have 450 books on my Amazon wish list--about how long would I have to have a successful blog before I'd accumulated enough Amazon booty to buy all that?
