Rich Little's Reagan impression is one of the all time greats. I think Frank Caliendo is up there with Rich Little--he can nail people that look nothing like him, e.g. Al Pacino.
They're ok impersonations. I prefer Frank Caliendo, but that's just me. Although I have to give Rich props on Andy Rooney and Ronald Regan!

If you're talking about the Aries Spears impressions in the link above, you've got to be kidding. Just ok? I mean he pulled off Snoop Dog, DMX and Jay-Z perfectly. I was left doubting whether the clip was real.
The guy should rap for real--he has the flow and a good voice down straight. Better than Ron Artest.
Rich Little didn't need to do any facial work; the first person I thought of when he walked on stage was Reagan.
