A link to CNN? Are you serious? Alright, so you posted it at 4 am - maybe you were sleep-blogging :-P
The talking in tongues thing is interesting. I was always able to do that. Can do it at will. I'm an atheist.
I was able to put on a convincing performance of all the so called spiritual gifts.
It's very cathartic stuff for the habitually repressed people who go for it, but it's just a small, very small mental trick. No spirits of any kind are involved.
Except the spirit of gullability.
Also, those pentacostal holy rolling sessions are very, very ripe territory for sexual encounters. The holy rollers get very excited, in every sense. And that, ye baptised in the spirit types, is the simple truth.
