Even though most of his stencils have been used and re-used time and time again, it never gets old. He did a great job on the wall.
Great job! Keep up the good work of assembling these thoughtful sites and video clips. I come to your site every day to see what's new and interesting in the world.
I'm glad they are resorting to art to help get messages across. And I agree with their method, as it would be close to impossible to get media attention from doing a simple painting. Possible for everyone to see an 'average joes' message. If it is not liked, they will be stopped .... but seeing everyone simply watching, not trying to intervene ... that does say a lot about their tolerance (of course, when it aligns with their belifs or stances) and possible approval.
More grafitti in L.A.? It would be nice if it were actually thoughtful and political. The only political grafitti I encountered a while ago was on a freeway wall and said "Fuck the Neocons."
Long live Banksy. We have enough ugly pointless graffitti around here, if some of the taggers and graffitti artists started working with something other than mindless frustration, that would be a great and interesting thing.
There is nothing that makes me smile as much in the morning as going to work and see a new banksy piece somewhere along old street. Nice to see the rest of the world is finally catching up on his greatness tho.
the world needs more banksy's
