Why would any group, any one, advocate a voting process that can't be verified?
Why?

I know this is off topic.
John Hopkins researchers report an estimated 655,000 deaths in Iraq since the invasion. This reportedly places death toll between Bosnia (>100,000)and Rwanda (>800,000). The JH researchers suggest that their numbers are possibly biased toward lower than actual numbers. Less than a year ago Bush nonchalantly guessed that 30,000 'more or less' dead was a likely number. How does he escape his conscience? Is 30,000 more or less a palatable number? I know a lot of people fault Bush for his lack of eloquence but how come more people do not attack him for his cruelty and callous disregard for human life?
