There is no immunity for war crimes.Right now, in Baghdad, the United States is putting Saddam Hussein on trial for his life over war crimes, when Hussein's entire government – including its legislature and judicial branch – had long ago said he was innocent.
So how can there be immunity for war crimes?War crimes are like the murders of Lady Macbeth. They don 't wash out. Ever. There is no immunity for war crimes.

Queerer than one can suppose: any "image" that one could have of "God" is surely a graven image engraved upon one's own mind. Ergo any one who worships said image is an idol-worshiper. Ergo the only way to worship the real "God" is to be what is called "atheist".
Worship not the graven image of "God" that you have engraved upon your own mind. Neither worship a scriptual text as if it were God. In so doing you have made it an idol.
Be what is called, derogatively,"atheist", for lack of a accurater word. It is the only sufficiently respectful and humble attitude to assume before "God".
And if you mouth the sound "God", pretending you know, you are taking "His" "name", His Name...
...in vain.
No?
And if you imagine God's numerousness, say One, or Sixhundred and sixty-six, you are presuming beyond the pale, imagining an image, an idol, an abomination, imagine not! Lest you be judged.
The connection Dawkins drew between Basil Fawlty beating the crap out of his car and a delusional person believing in god was priceless! To funny! :)
War crime prosecutions are only used against other nations and the US has absolute immunity. Theoretically the US is not immune but in practice it is real. How many war crimes committed by the US would I have to cite to convince anyone?
