Lamont Wins

It's All About Who You Sleep With ... a Cautionary Note from Michael Moore
Let the resounding defeat of Senator Joe Lieberman send a cold shiver down the spine of every Democrat who supported the invasion of Iraq and who continues to support, in any way, this senseless, immoral, unwinnable war. Make no mistake about it: We, the majority of Americans, want this war ended -- and we will actively work to defeat each and every one of you who does not support an immediate end to this war.

I just can't see why anybody would want to associate themselves with Jesse Jackson.

For the votes of poorly educated religious blacks?

It creeps me out every time I look at Ned--he looks just like President Logan from last season of "24". Remember? The president who allied himself with terrorists and was just an all-around evil guy? Just saying.

i'm sorry, but i must be missing something...what does this have to do with jesse jackson?

I guess it really doesn't have anything to do with Jesse Jackson. I was just making a quick comment on the picture. Now that I look at the picture again I can see Al Sharpton, another winner.

Also, I can't see why any black person would vote for someone associated with those two just on the basis of them being black and religious. If I was a Christian I would never vote for someone just because the candidate was Christian as well. Whatever happened to looking at the character of a person, and voting for someone based on where they stand on all kinds of different issues. It's kind of like those people that vote for a democrat because the candidate is a democrat, and vice versa. If Pat Robertson was running for president in 2008 and I was a hypothetical Christian conservative, there would be no way in hell I would vote for him based on all the evil shit he's done. This kind of shit pisses me off, so I think I'm going to let my blood pressure drop a little bit.
