"Graduated but not Literate"
I used to work for the University bookstore at USC in Columbia, SC. There is a State run school for "Minorities" called Allen University. Their book store was so behind that if USC was using a 6th edition book for a coarse, Allen was using the 1st. They had to do some renovating so we got the contract to handle their books for that semester. We had to use vouchers because the "students" wanted (and repeatedly tried) to buy a pencil and get the rest in cash instead of the books they needed. I can not tell you how many shouting matches and threats and calls of "racist" we had to put up with while dealing with these "people". The point of this is that they had a Non-Reading Degree program. Non-Reading?
I took that non-reading coarse... it was rough.
