You should all read (or listen to) the David Sedaris short story, "Six to Eight Black Men". It's about the Dutch (I think it's Dutch) Christmas tradition, and is not only true, but also hilarious... Colbert has definitely read it himself.

Sinterklaas is purely for children and apart from presents and candy, it doesn't really get celebrated, unlike christmas.
