"Brother, brother...What's Going On?" Once again Krugie makes a succinct and cogent argument. We are seeing the rise of an extreme fascist element that unless checked can rise to dangerous levels. The far-right who helped re-elect Bush are demanding some payback, and are eager to implement their draconian medieval ideology.

Actualy, the term 'wog' (xtian soldier) is not an acronym at all. It is the short version of 'Golliwog' a black characature drawn by the yankee illustrater Florence Upton/

In the neighboring state of Utah they would say the same thing if the jury brought in a Book of Mormon and discussed it. But would the Justices vote the same way? I think not. It would be a 5 to 0 vote. The Mormons get no respect for their BofM.

Thoughtful Krugman article.
Terrorism, whipped up and left to boil with rumors and innuendo. Even a daily updated, color coded scale, going from 'Sit back and have a beer.' to 'Go ahead and crap your pants'. Dept. of Homeland Security = Ministry of Fear
The god fearing easily become terrorist fearing. The lack of any palpable threat now has them stiking out at any perceived enemy.
Have they, with self-fufilling prophesy, become the terrorists within?
