I'd Eat My Shoe
A case of false advertising. A second-rate warblogger, okay I know they are all second-rate, has started offering blogads. I find begging for money on blogs distasteful, particularly when the the blogger has ample resources to finance it himself. This is a personal opinion, and I understand that not everyone shares it. As distasteful as I find the practice, you'd think you could at least expect some honesty. Take this ad for an ad.

It claims 1000 people see the ad on a daily basis and will visit and furthermore spend money. If everyone that saw the ad visited the site I'd have to join Tucker Carlson and eat my shoe. His was a right wing-tip, I'd make mine a left hush puppy. It is the typical exaggeration we've all become accustomed too, but what is wrong with just telling the truth. I'd add my tie too if he didn't write the copy himself.
