Quebec City Chess
Igor Ivanov recently sent me his games from a recently completed tournament in Quebec City. Igor scored 4.5 out of 5 finishing alone in 1st place. He has been kind enough to annotate several of the games for us. You'll enjoy his annotations he is very honest in his evaluations and entertaining as well.
