George Apologizes To Nation
Some recent news items from our nations capitol.
These are not stories from the hacked USA News Today site, these are all true. Really.
In a hastily called news conference, George Bush apologized to the nation, explaining why he had ended the fight against corporate fraud. "I had no other option we had reached the 11th inning in this important game and simply ran out of prosecutors."
When asked by reporters how he felt about ending the investigation early he said. "I thought real hard about it for a few minutes, it was a really difficult decision, and well, I think you'll find that most of the CEO's in our country are smart guys, and never get caught. Remember in America we have rights. Innocent until proven guilty, part of our bills are right. Some of them do get caught. Like my buddy Kenny boy, and well when they get caught they are really embarrassed in front of their peers. Everybody is pointing at em saying, look at those dumb shits they got caught. There are different penalties for different stuff in America. If you rob the 7-11 we lock you up. In the corporate world, well you get embarrassed. If you get blow-jobs you can get impeached. You all know how bad it is to be embarrassed it is one of most severe punishments, just ask Bill Clinton he got embarrassed. Justice for all."
In a follow up question George was asked if he was suggesting impeaching CEO's guilty of corporate fraud. "Well we don't have enough prosecutors like I explained but even if we did you don't impeach private citizens. Don't you guys ever read the constitution, gees"
In an exclusive Saturday story in the Journal of Bad Stuff.
Dick Cheney updated the nation on Iraq and Saddamm Huessin. "He's still a really bad guy. When I was in the president's office last week. I mean when I was in my office last week. There was nothing on my desk, and this week unless things have changed and nobody told me there is still nothing on my er the president's desk. It's a clean desk."
Ari Fliesher granted an exclusive interview to the InstaPundit, a self described major league blogger, who claims more hits than the White House website, he asked if the president's decision will undermine Americans confidence in our economy. Ari said, "Well if it does it's your fault you are the ones that write the stories. Well I mean in your case you just link to them, but same difference. You need to take responsibility. This is the responsibility thing. I think responsibility is important you linked to this stuff and now Americans are upset and insecure. I think the pundits need to ask themselves, what the hell did we do."
